Terms and Conditions of Services

We appreciate your business. To ensure clarity and consistency in our services for pets and their families, the following terms and conditions apply to all behavior and training services provided by Pawsitive DiMensions, LLC, applicable to your initial session and all subsequent ones.

Payment

Payment for online and in-person services is due at the time of scheduling and must be made by credit card. Scheduling behavior and training services reserves a dedicated appointment time exclusively for you and your pet(s) and prevents that time from being offered to other clients.

All behavior and training services are non-refundable once the first session has begun. If you are dissatisfied at any time during the services provided by Pawsitive DiMensions, you agree to notify Pawsitive DiMensions promptly so the matter may be addressed.

Appointment Cancellation, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

Frequent rescheduling may affect the timeline for achieving your training goals.

Due to limited availability and increased demand for behavior and training services, we ask that appointments be canceled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment date/time. This allows us to accommodate other clients by filling your appointment.

You may reschedule your appointment through our online scheduling system or by contacting us directly. The rescheduling of your appointment will be based on our availability within our standard availability. Please note, less than 48hr notice is subject to a $20 re-scheduling fee to be paid in full prior to your next training session.

Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged at the FULL session rate.

Severe Weather:  Weather conditions such as heavy rain or high winds can stress some pets and interfere with training. If you believe the forecast may affect your pet’s participation, please let us know. Pawsitive DiMensions may reschedule appointments based on weather forecasts to protect your pet’s well‑being and maximize training effectiveness.

Pawsitive DiMensions reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including medical, travel, personal, or weather-related situations.

Your Role in the Training Process

The success of training and behavior modification depends upon many factors, but you and Pawsitive DiMensions working together as a team is necessary. We pledge to provide kind, compassionate, and supportive guidance, meeting you and your pet where you are and helping you succeed at every step of the training process. To help you get the most from your pet behavior and training investment, we ask the following:

1. Your pet remains current on species and age-appropriate vaccinations and healthcare.

2. You acknowledge that pets are sentient beings with their own interests, instincts, and need for agency, and that successful training depends on trust, choice, and clear communication.

3. Attend our scheduled appointments in a timely manner and fully prepared to participate.

4. Work with us as a team while following the expert guidance of your trainer. This includes using only reward-based, evidence‑based, humane, relationship-building training  methods and with guidance every step of the way to prioritize your pets physical and emotional welfare.

Deviating from recommended training techniques, failing to adhere to management strategies, or not using equipment as instructed may compromise training progress and may result in cancellation of services without refund.

5. Ask questions, request clarification, and keep us informed if the amount of tasks, practice time, or information feels insufficient or overwhelming so we can best support your training goals.

Media Consent

I hereby grant Pawsitive DiMensions the absolute right and permission to use, re-use, publish, and republish videos, photographs and portraits of my pets, myself, my family and my children under 18 years of age taken during online or in-person animal behavior consultations, training sessions, or in relation to other animal-behavior contexts for advertising, marketing, educational and trade purposes.

The images may be used in whole or in part, with or without modifications, and may be published or exhibited using my pet’s name and/or my own or my family members’ first names, or a fictitious name. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products or the advertising copy or printed matter that may be used in connection.

No client images or information will be sold or shared without explicit, additional consent.

If I do not wish to grant Pawsitive DiMensions permission to use the images as outlined above, I understand it is my responsibility to notify them by email.

Separate Liability Waiver

A liability waiver, to be provided separately, must be signed and completed prior to our first session.
